Directions:Maria Neustift – Krifter – direction Freithofberg – Neustifter Sattel – direction Großgschnaidt – Jausenstation Hochramskogel – direction Lindaumauer – Platten towards Neudorf – Lindau – Thalhof – Dornbergweg – Gaflenz Variants: Detour to the Freithofberghütte (985 m) or to the Lindaumauer (1,103 m)
From Maria Neustift the path leads along hiking trail E31, E31a to Krifter (811 m) and over the meadow ridge to a fork in the path (detour to Freithofberg at an elevation of 985 m, with alpine hut). From the fork, go right a short way downhill on a forest road to the service road or WW E31 a to Neustifter Sattel. From here continue on WW E32 towards Großgschnaidt. At the bus stop turn right and hike up to the Jausenstation Hochramskogel. From there go towards Lindaumauer. On reaching the saddle you will see a huge rock lying in the forest. From there the detour to Lindaumauer (1,103 m) begins to the left.
If you want to stay on the path simply go right and follow WW E04 steeply downhill to a forest road and from there continue to Platten, where you then turn left towards Neudorf following WW E04 downhill to Grünangerl. Here turn left onto the service road Schwaig unterm Berg. Continue past the Gaisberg farmhouse to the district Lindau. Then keep left and go a short way on the state road to Thalhof. Here turn right onto hiking trail E03 Dornbergweg and continue hiking to the stage destination at Gaflenz.

Bringing enough snacks and drinks is recommended, as there are only limited catering options during the stages. It is also advisable to check the opening hours of the gastronomy businesses in advance. Exact information on refreshment options can be found at Gastronomy Sebaldusweg (steyr-nationalpark.at)
Safety guidelines:As there are few opportunities to stop for refreshments directly along the trail, it is advisable to take enough snacks and drinks with you.Equipment:

Losenstein, Großraming, Weyer and Gaflenz are perfectly suited for arrival at the Sebaldusweg by train.
