The competition for light, heat and water affects the occurrence of plants and animals. We go in search of gems such as snow valleys, ponds, moors and rock formations. We discuss the special importance of these habitats for biodiversity. We are also investigating the future of these locations in the face of climate change.

Requirements: The guided tours on the fixed dates are reserved for private individuals. We ask groups of 10 people or more, companies, schools or other organizations to contact the respective visitor center.
