Whether alone or with company - the baum has the perfect retreat. The Tinyhouses & rooms are equipped with a cosy bed and bathroom & WC, and all the flats also have a kitchen and living area. Three of them even have an open fireplace.
One of the highlights is the Healing Dome flat. Here you can look forward to an overnight stay under a dome with a view of the starry sky.
Over the stream, just opposite the baum, lies Haus Kogler.

The tiny houses & rooms are equipped with a cozy bed as well as a bathroom & toilet, and in all the apartments, you will also find a kitchen including a living area. In an inspiring atmosphere and amidst beautiful nature, you can also dedicate yourself to themes around body and mind. Under the light-flooded dome of the dome or the grounding atmosphere of the hayloft. Weekly trainings, seminars & retreats as well as workshops take place at the tree, which can be found on the website under dates. The area with its meadows, trees, flowers, and quiet zones invites you to spend time outdoors in nature. You can start the day at the tree with a walk or enjoy a cup of tea comfortably in the apartment, on the meadow, or by the pond.
In the spacious sauna, the day – whether eventful or quiet – concludes with warmth and coziness in peace. The food at the tree is vegan, organic, regional, and as seasonal as possible. The team sources most of the food from farmers in the nearby area and aims to strengthen both the region and our environment.
Vacation guests can book a vegan breakfast buffet, while seminar leaders can choose between vegan half-board and full-board for themselves and their group.

Arrival by Car
The seminar center of baum is located at Am Inslingbach, about five minutes by car from the Inzersdorf exit on the A1 motorway, making it easy to reach.
Our seminar center is well signposted from Inzersdorf, and the road Am Koglerberg leads directly to the area of baum.
Arrival by Train
Travel relaxed by train! Get off at the Kirchdorf an der Krems stop and take a taxi directly to the baum seminar center. If you have some flexibility in your schedule, using a public bus is also an option.

Almost 30 years ago, Hubert decided to move back to his hometown Inzersdorf from Vienna and to revitalize the originally family-owned house, which had been vacant since then. The former medical student and co-founder of the Viennese "Mitwohnzentrale" was able to combine and live his interests and heartfelt topics here: entrepreneurial spirit, love for old materials and craftsmanship techniques, as well as the joy of positive, mutual exchange.
After organizing renovation and craft courses in the old workshops, he founded the company Altholz Baumgartner based in Schlierbach, with about 30 employees. Always in search of new inspiration and tasks, he simultaneously established der baum on the grounds of his parents' farm. Extraordinary holiday apartments and guest rooms, event spaces like the "Heuboden" and the "Dom" were constructed – as always, mindful and careful in dealing with materials, history, and the needs of future users. In 2021, Hubert finally parted ways with his company in Schlierbach and opened der baum in September of the same year. Against the backdrop of his own experiences in meditation therapy, energy work, yoga, mindfulness training, and tantra, he has created a place that offers paths to happiness and self-fulfillment, as well as simply relaxation.
