Are you looking for tranquility, lush greenery, and fragrant flowers in our meadows and forests?
Then you are in the right place at our holiday farm "Pfaffenlehen". Here is the perfect starting point for dreamy hikes and bike tours. Children will never be bored; our playground with a large trampoline, a 6-meter-high giant swing, scooters, go-karts, swimming pool, and our animals are waiting for their cuddles. Who wants to help in the barn?
We are very happy to pamper our guests with delicacies from our organic farm.

Here you can recharge your batteries and indulge yourself. After a hearty farmer's breakfast, the day can begin. A wonderful hike through fragrant meadows and forests. A scenic bike tour to the alpine pastures in the national park, or simply relax at the farm? Experience with your children how fresh milk tastes; Farmer Konrad will tell you how many teeth a cow has and how much she eats and drinks daily!

Here you will be treated to farm-produced products such as: beef, pork, fresh trout, self-distilled schnapps and liqueurs, jam, and homemade pastries.

Coming from Steyr, drive on the B115 Eisenbundesstraße to the roundabout in Großraming and take the third exit here. Now follow the road for 6.9 kilometers, then turn left, and after 900 meters, you will find us on the right.

We are the Unterbuchschachner family - "Pfaffenlehen".
I, "Maria Unterbuchschachner", have been running the hospitality business since 2000, which was founded in 1972 by Theresia & Konrad Unterbuchschachner. I take care of your well-being and lovingly serve you a good rural breakfast from our region. In the evenings, I will treat you to a glass of cider with your snack and tell you a little about our life.

My husband, "Konrad Unterbuchschachner", takes care of our agriculture. Experience seeing-tasting-feeling around agriculture. He will show you our farm and answer all your questions.

Our grandpa, "Konrad", is also by our side and is a great help on the farm.

You will be warmly welcomed by our whole family, whether young or old. Your well-being is close to our hearts - experience an unforgettable holiday on the farm with US!
