Our company is located on the outskirts of the Kalkalpen National Park in the Steyrtal Valley in Upper Austria. Here conditions for the breeding and production of our exclusive alpine caviar are ideal. Our Russian Siberian sturgeons and sterlets from which we harvest our caviar swim in crystal clear mountain water. It is precisely this water in combination with careful production and mild salting, which bestows our alpine caviar its unique, nutty taste.
