Welcome in a family atmosphere at the Landhotel Gressenbauer!

Our country hotel and restaurant is located on a small hill about 15 minutes' walk from the town center in the midst of beautiful nature and a unique mountain view. Starting point for numerous hikes.

Whether in our cozy comfort rooms or apartments, you will feel at home with us during your summer or winter vacation.

Enjoy our half-board and start with a rich breakfast buffet with many homemade products and in the evening with a 4-course menu of your choice. In good weather, of course, on our panoramic sun terrace.

Right next door is our new apartment house Madlen, with 12 top modern apartments and a fantastic mountain view.

In winter, there is an illuminated natural toboggan run and the cross-country ski trail right behind our house, which takes you to the end of the valley. Free toboggan rental for house guests and ski bus in the immediate vicinity.

Our cancellation policies from December 2022

  • All reservations for stays 1 month prior to arrival can be canceled free of charge.
  • For cancellations within 30-14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%
    of the travel price
  • For cancellations within 13-7 days before arrival, we charge 75% cancellation fee of the travel price
  • For cancellations within the last 6 days, we charge 90% of the travel price.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged.
  • Furthermore, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

    These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are completely or only partially reallocated. The same applies in case of early departure.

We recommend taking out travel insurance, which you can conveniently arrange online (including free Covid coverage).

It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than expected and the booked holiday must be canceled or interrupted early.
We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle.

Take the St. Pankraz / Hinterstoder exit and turn left onto the main road. After around 500 meters, turn left towards Hinterstoder. After you have reached the Hinterstoder sign, turn left at the next intersection in the direction of Vorderstoder. After 800 meters turn right and the next possibility right again and you have already reached your destination.

Our house is only 1 km outside the center of Ors in the district of Mitterstoder.
