Where wood was once brought from the vast forests and unloaded at the forest railway, you will find the ORTBAUERNGUT, a beautiful four-cornered farm situated on a small hill beside the village church, overlooking the meander of the Enns River.

From there, you have a wonderful view in all directions of the green slopes of the foothills of the Hintergebirge up to the Schieferstein. The estate, which dates back to at least the 14th century, was acquired by our family in 1980 and has been gradually transformed into a beautiful country inn.

Let us pamper you with culinary delights made from fresh specialties prepared with local quality products from the surrounding farmers.

To balance this, we recommend our guests a cycling tour to the Triftsteig in the Hintergebirge or a hike to the Schieferstein with a magnificent view of the Ennstal, or to one of the rustic alpine huts in our vicinity.

From the Enns West motorway exit of the A1, drive towards Steyr and continue on the B115 into the Ennstal. You will pass Ternberg and Losenstein until you reach the town center of Reichraming. There, turn right at the town hall towards Kirchenberg. Our house is located on the right side.
