Our holiday house is located in a particularly idyllic and quiet setting, on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park in Grossraming, in the district of Brunnbach. Situated in a secluded location, without through traffic, it is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Whether with family, friends, or colleagues, it’s perfect for those looking for a break from everyday life away from mass tourism. Would you like to spend an active holiday? Hikes, walks, or bike tours can be started directly from our place without a long journey.

Two holiday apartments, each with 50m2, and an expanded attic provide space for 30 beds. The rooms are very bright and friendly. The entire furnishing of the house is equipped with solid wood furniture. The apartments are divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a separate shower and toilet, and an entrance area. In the attic, there are two 6-bed rooms (each with 1 bunk bed) and two 2-bed rooms. The fully equipped communal kitchen for self-catering is located on the ground floor. You can relax in the cozy living room or on the terrace.
A gathering point in the evening is also the campfire site. The holiday house is an ideal place for family and group overnight stays, also for organizations for children's and youth events (music clubs, fire brigade, youth groups,…). We only rent to self-caterers.

In the annex, there is our seminar room which can also be used as a party room. A great space for your next celebration for about 55 guests. Glass washer, industrial dishwasher, flow cooler, refrigerator, dishes for 60 people, open fireplace – everything is available. Catering is based on a self-catering basis (catering possible). Whether for seminars or for a celebration, a projector and a flip chart are also available.
