The best ice cream quality is achieved if freshly prepared and made with the best ingredients. Our two new ice creams added to the more than 130 flavours are proof of this philosophy: the ingredients for the currant sorbet were self-harvested at the organic Fuxengut Farm, the curd cheese for the curd pancake flavour comes from the organic milk farm in Aschach.
The “Falstaff” gourmet magazine has already named “Buburuza” several times as Austria’s most popular ice cream parlour.
