Our mission statement
The Gliding and Modeling Club Kirchdorf-Micheldorf is a non-profit association for the promotion and practice of gliding and modeling on a competitive and recreational basis.
The flying experience and camaraderie are the focus of our club activities. We strive to provide each member with an individual compromise between cost and time, thus making the sport of gliding and model flying accessible to all segments of the population.
The safety of our members, the protection of the environment and the interests of the region have top priority for us. The personal responsibility of our members has a high value. We raise awareness of this through solid basic training and accompanying further training, which is geared to the abilities of the individual pilot.
The sustainable future of the association is the background of all our decisions.
