City Museum Steyr in the Innerberger Stadel
Dive into the fascinating history and culture of Steyr!
The city museum takes you on a journey through the over 1000 years of history of the traditional iron city. The exhibition highlights civic life in the 19th century, introduces important figures, and tells moving life stories. The multimedia show "UN#ERHÖRT, dieser Bruckner!" intertwines with the permanent exhibition. It is dedicated to the personal connections of the famous composer Anton Bruckner to the city and takes you into previously unknown sound worlds with interactive music installations and contemporary compositions.
