Gasthaus "Wirt zum Hochhaus"

Located in the beautiful centre of the village, we lovingly prepare the high-quality products from Steinbach and the surrounding area for you, depending on the season. The "Hochhaus" has existed since 1645 and was the first house next to the church in Steinbach an der Steyr at that time. After our new takeover and renovation, we offer our guests regional speciality cuisine, homemade pastries and culinary weeks for every taste. Take a seat in our Panoramastüberl with a magnificent view of the crystal-clear Steyr River or join our local guests and friends in the cosy Gaststube. Our small, friendly hall is ideal for family celebrations or groups. We look forward to your visit! For groups, please book in advance!
