Built in 1477, the tavern once served as the hunting lodge of Count Lamberg. In 1879, the Sulzbachtaverne was taken over by Leopold Derfler and is now owned by the 6th generation of the Derfler family. The cosy guest room offers space for 55 people. Food is served á la carte, and special requests (e.g. knights' dinner) can be made to order. In the beautiful guest garden, barbecue evenings with a rich salad buffet are held every Thursday & Friday from June to August. Every Friday we serve fresh pizzas! In November we have the traditional goose dinner! The bow course and the bow cinema are open all year round. We look forward to your visit!
