Ambience
Extensive belay points. For decades, the Langenstein has been the training rock for ambitious local sport climbers due to its steep, athletic routes. In recent years, easier routes have also been developed in the peripheral areas.

15 min. from Steyr (via Oberdambach), 10 min. from Losenstein

Important information
4 new routes above the Steinbeisser route, named a, b, c, d - attention not included in the topo.

Accessibility / arrival

Coming from Steyr KM Taferl 26,0 (small blue sign on the right side of the road), turn left towards Oberdambach (own turning lane) - sign Camp Sibley. From there 7 kilometres - sign Camp Sibley, from there a little further, park in the 180 degree bend.

There are about 6 parking spaces in the 180 degree bend between Langenstein and Camp Sibley. If all the parking spaces are full, go down the road a bit - there are 10 more parking spaces on the left.
