Großraming cinema

Since 1993 the old parish cinema in the middle of the town center has been used again for cinema screenings. In a cozy atmosphere - the parish hall with cinema has existed since 1957 - cinema fans can watch a film using modern technology once a month, usually on the first Saturday. Children and young people will also be provided with films in our cinema. Click here for the current program

One of the aims of the association is to promote the idea of art and tolerance by showing valuable films with a view to and in other cultures, whereby we give preference to European productions, especially Austrian film. Another concern is to show the diversity available in today's film world, away from the blockbusters. Satisfied and stimulated cinema-goers are an incentive for us in our selection of films - varied and with their finger on the pulse of the times.
