Description:

On the long-distance hiking trail, the path leads to the upper terrace of the Steyr valley, passing small wayside crosses and minor memorials, and returns through the Färberbach valley to the starting point.

Directions:

We walk up the long-distance trail 409 (marked - sign "Panoramaweg") to the upper terrace of the Steyr valley, small wayside crosses and minor memorials line the path and invite reflection. From here, there is a magnificent panoramic view reaching as far as the Tote Gebirge. Over sunny ridges, we descend left into the Färberbach valley and let our souls dangle on a bench along the romantic stream landscape.


As the name "Panoramaweg" already suggests, we enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Steyr valley on this easy hike.

From the south: A9 exit Klaus > into the Steyr valley
