Description:
Starting from the former Waldklause inn in Pernzell, after about 250 metres uphill, turn left onto the marked hiking trail, on a footbridge and along a steep path to the thundering Rinnerberg waterfall, over an iron staircase to the Rinnerberg gorge.
The circular trail continues up to the Hambaumsattel and via the Höhenweg and Güterweg Pernzell back to the starting point.
Trail number: 25, 7
Directions:
This romantic family trail starts at the former Waldklause inn in Pernzell.
We follow trail no. 25 uphill for about 250 metres and turn left onto the marked hiking trail. We cross the rushing stream on a footbridge and reach the thundering Rinnerberger waterfall along a path. Further on we climb over an iron staircase into a quiet basin and reach the Rinnerberger Klamm - also a natural spectacle.
Further on we come to a forest road, cross the barbed wire and reach a barrier. Now follow the road up to the Hambaumsattel, continue to the Marterl hairpin bend, follow the high trail no. 7 and reach the Pernzell goods road and thus our starting point after approx. 1 kilometre.
Safety guidelines:
Nachdem diese Klammwanderung über Stege und über eine Eisenstiege führt, ist sie besonders bei Schönwetter zu empfehlen.
Im Herbstlaub ist Vorsicht geboten!
