The circular hike starts in Trattenbach, leads up the enns to the Wendbach and then up the valley and back via the Feitelmacher valley.
Trail number: E89
Directions:
From the railway station, the trail initially leads along the Enns to the Wendbach junction. Here you walk along the forest road until the hiking trail branches off to the right up into the forest.
Finally, you reach the Kienberg estate road, on which you hike to below the Beistein wall. Here the trail joins a forest and meadow path that leads down to Trattenbach.
Near the church, the trail rejoins the road and leads back to the starting point.
Tip:
Climate-friendly to the National Park Region - railway station Trattenbach: By train you can reach the starting point for this hike in about 1 hour from Linz and in about 2.5 hours from Vienna.

From Graz: A9 Pyhrnautobahn > motorway exit Klaus > Grünburg > into the Ennstal valley
