Description:

The circular hike starts in Trattenbach, leads up the Enns to the Wendbach and then up the valley and returns via the Feitelmacher valley.

Directions:
From the station the path initially follows the Enns to the Wendbach junction. Here you walk on the forest road until the hiking trail branches right uphill into the forest. Finally, you reach the Kienberg farm road, on which you walk up to below the Beistein wall. Here the path joins a forest and meadow trail that leads down to Trattenbach. Near the church, the path merges back onto the road, on which you return to the starting point.Tip:
Climate-friendly to the National Park region - Trattenbach station: By train, you can reach the starting point for this hike in about 1 hour from Linz and about 2.5 hours from Vienna.

From Graz: A9 Pyhrnautobahn > motorway exit Klaus > Grünburg > into the Ennstal valley
