Experience an unforgettable stay in our charming holiday home, which is exclusively available to you. Covering approximately 90 m², you will find a loving decor that leaves nothing to be desired. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting entrance hall, followed by a spacious living and dining room that invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with adjacent pantry offers you all the comforts for culinary delights. A separate WC with a washbasin completes this floor. The upper floor houses two cozy bedrooms that promise comfort and tranquility (one bedroom with a double bed, the larger bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for an additional person). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a WC. In the basement, a washing machine is available for your use.

The entire house has stylish hardwood floors and features a gas heating system as well as a small tiled stove on the 1st floor for additional coziness. A baby travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Accessibility / arrival

On the A1 West Highway, take the exit for Enns West and head onto Steyrer Straße 309 towards Steyr. At the roundabout, take the right onto the B115 and continue until you reach an intersection. Here, turn left and cross the bridge over the Steyr. Then, at the roundabout, turn right and take the next left at the intersection. Follow the B115 for a total of 1.8 kilometers, then turn left onto Hubergutstraße, and immediately turn left again. Our house is located on the right after 70 meters.
