Following an ancient custom, the Perchten not only drive away the evil spirits on Raunacht, but also bring good luck and health to the spectators as they streak with their ponytails.

An impressive giant firework display ends the unique show for the audience from near and far, before dancing the night away at the Perchten party to round off this hellish evening.
