The approximately one-hour tour in the town center starts at the tourist office and leads through the church park with the parish church to the market square, to the former district court with an old prison cell, to the Hauenschild memorial and then to the local history museum.
During this "cultural hike" you will receive a lot of interesting information about the history, the sights and the economic development of Windischgarsten.
