A night watchman in traditional costume with halberd and lantern awaits you with the famous night watchman song "Alle meine liabn Herrn und Frauen, lasst Euch sagn...". After welcoming you with a glass of sparkling wine in the night watchman's restaurant
the night watchman accompanies you on the dine-around through the eventful past of the medieval romantic town of Steyr to very special surprise locations: 
Climb to the parish church tower: over 228 steps with a breathtaking view over the old town.
Aperitif in the Steyrer Kripperl: performance of medieval craft scenes by the oldest puppet theatre still in use (since 1850), 455 figures, dialect, approx. 10 minutes.
"Steyrdorf soup" by candlelight in the Michaelerkeller: 2-storey vaulted cellar from the 15th/16th century, barrel rooms, spherical paving, former wine cellar of St Michael's Church, presentation of the oldest existing film material of Steyr, 
colourful Steyr lanterns to take away, medieval music...
main course and dessert in the night watchman's restaurant: after the farewell by the night watchman
