Description:
The Kreuzberg nature reserve is a gem in the middle of the market town of Weyer – a paradise for walking, hiking, running, breathing fresh air and soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Directions:
The extensive route starts at the Kreuzberg parking lot in Weyer and leads along the Gaflenz stream upstream to the train station, past the outdoor swimming pool into Witgraben. Over Einsiedlerboden and Kreuzbergboden, it continues to the Drei Kreuzen and from there directly back to the Kreuzberg parking lot via several switchbacks.Tip:
Climate-friendly to the National Park Region – Weyer train station: By train, you can reach the starting point for this hike in about 2 hours from Linz and about 2.5 hours from Vienna.Additional information:
 On the way back, take a detour to the historic market square with its romantic courtyards and numerous places to eat and rest.
