The Weyer market square is a jewel of small-town Baroque with enchanting arcaded courtyards. Weyer owed its early wealth to its ideal location on the Iron Road. It was founded in the 12th century and from Weyer Castle, the hammer masters of the time traded with the whole world from very early on.
Today, Weyer is the second largest municipality in Upper Austria and is known as a historically traditional climatic health resort. Due to its ideal climatic conditions, Weyer has been appreciated since imperial times and is famous for its almost fog-free "golden autumn". With its wide range of leisure activities in the breathtaking landscape, Weyer attracts those seeking peace and quiet as well as active guests.
Worth experiencing:
Without composure, appreciation is hardly possible; you have to let go of the recognition
you crave yourself if you want it to be given to others.
The more relaxed a person is, the more they will be able to recognise the value of others and respond appreciatively.
