National Park Youth Camp

We spend a week together in the National Park Wilderness Camp in the middle of Austria's largest forest wilderness. You will learn everything you need to know to find your way in the wilderness. On our forays through the wilderness, we will learn about the way of life of lynxes and our native wild animals. You will learn to recognise and interpret their tracks in the forest and will soon realise that you feel more and more at home in the wilderness. Look forward to evenings around the campfire and exciting games. And if you're brave enough, you can even spend the night outdoors. Do you dare?

+ Strong together: Exciting games to get to know each other and team tasks that require team spirit.
+ Wilderness up close: Discover the secrets of the forest on forays - track lynxes and other wild animals and find out which plants are edible
+ Master outdoor skills: Light fires like real adventurers: inside with a drill bow or flint, build cosy sleeping places in the forest, carve useful things and even burn your own bowl. Orientation in the terrain becomes child's play!
+ Mountain stream adventure: Discover the mountain stream habitat together, feel the cool water and get to know the fascinating creatures of this special world.
+ Nights full of magic: Marvel at the starry sky and find the courage to spend a night under the open sky. Whether it's sneak-up games, camouflage manoeuvres or a night hike - the wilderness shows itself from a whole new side.
+ Campfire time: Listen to stories by the fire and try out a real outdoor cooking technique with pit cooking.
Suitable for whom?
For curious young people aged 12 to 14. Sure-footedness and average physical condition required for easy hikes. Please inform us of any health restrictions such as allergies or asthma, special dietary requirements such as vegan food or diets when registering!
