Traces of a genius - Bruckner & the Chrisman organ

This walk is dedicated to the great composer Anton Bruckner, who composed his eighth and ninth symphonies in his beloved city of Steyr. 

Follow in the footsteps of the artist and man who tirelessly strove for perfection and love despite difficult times. A particular highlight is the organ in Steyr's parish church, built by Franz Xaver Chrisman, an outstanding organ builder whose masterpiece still brings Bruckner's world of sound to life today.
