Guests can look forward to delicious specialties from the local cuisine, including freshly prepared trout, char, and brook trout, hearty grill specialties, pan dishes, and as a crowning finale, homemade pastries.

Particularly noteworthy are the fresh trout from the in-house pond. Thanks to the excellent drinking water quality of the Rohrbach stream, only top-class fish is served here.
