The hut of the AV-Sektion Amstetten, which is also easily accessible with prams, is located near the border between Upper and Lower Austria. Located on the Fosteralm, the mountain hut is 50 years old and is ideal for hiking.
In winter, the Amstettner Hütte is a popular destination for ski tourers and skiers in the Forsteralm ski area. Altitude: 998 metres
Ascent: Car park 2 Forsteralm 1/2 hour, from Gaflenz 1.5 hours.

Open Thursday to Sunday, public holidays and 11 November. On request also on the other days.
Winter
