The Klaushütte is a popular excursion destination and ÖBF supply station in the Reichraminger Hintergebirge. The rustic wooden servants' hut was built in 1758 and served as accommodation for forestry workers at that time. Today it is a recommended refreshment stop for cyclists on the Hintergebirge cycle path and hikers on the Buchensteig trail.
