As a guest, enjoy the natural surroundings and tranquillity of the Schüttbauernalm and delight in the homemade dishes and traditionally managed alpine cuisine. Sit comfortably together in the evening by candlelight or by the romance of a campfire and experience the romance of the hut and the alpine pasture for yourself. Of course, overnight accommodation is also available.
On our alpine pasture, you can enjoy down-to-earth dishes prepared with farm produce and products from the region, such as organic beef from our own farm, venison from our own hunt, roast pork, Grammel and meat dumplings with sauerkraut or traditional Pfandl dishes such as Kasnockn or Blunzngröstl. The homemade pastries such as Topfenstrudel and Apfelschlangerl are also particularly popular.
