Our breads are made exclusively with self-prepared natural sourdough and baked on natural stone. From pure rye bread to special breads such as spelt, wild garlic or chia bread, we offer you an extensive range.
A variety of Danish pastries and fine biscuits, fine Briochestriezel and Nusszöpfe round off our range. We bake everything with fresh milk and butter and prepare our curd, nut and poppy seed fillings according to our own recipes.
