The heart of our operation is our bakery, located directly behind the shop. Here, we start each day at half past two in the morning to prepare our baked goods so that you can enjoy fresh treats in the morning. The basis for our excellent products is the selection of the best raw materials. For as long as we can remember, we have sourced high-quality flour, fresh milk, and other ingredients from regional suppliers - for quality that you can taste and a tradition that you can enjoy.
