Hawaii. 2019. Love at first bite...

The Poké Bowl is a Hawaiian dish that my girlfriend and I fell in love with immediately during our Hawaii vacation in 2019. Not only because we found the concept super cool, but also because we both place a high value on healthy, balanced nutrition - it was immediately clear to us - our hometown needs to get to know these bowls.

Poké Bowls are a fusion of Hawaiian and Japanese cuisine. Poké means something like "cut into pieces".

At Pushi we offer Steyr`s first, healthy and balanced Pokébowls - prepared with love, inspired by Hawaii & Japan. The base of our bowls is rice, followed by a mixture of fresh vegetables and a protein source such as fish, sous-vide cooked chicken fillet or tofu - cut into pieces. It is refined with delicious and homemade dressings and sauces or toppings.
