We are young enthusiastic restaurateurs and opened a modern venue in a prime location at the main square in Kirchdorf in April 2025. We passionately delight our guests with culinary experiences.
The restaurant|bar VC stands for the French words “Vin et Cuisine,” which translates to “Wine and Kitchen,” as well as for the initials of Verena and Claus.
Classic Austrian and fused international cuisine are mixed together and complemented by a carefully selected wine and beverage pairing.
Using seasonal ingredients, we create exceptional dishes that also originate from French gastronomy and captivate with unexpected flavor fusions.
