Pocket feitl production with the hammer (water drive) according to 500 years of tradition.
The ancestors of the Löschenkohls came to the Trattenbach Valley from France about 500 years ago. The water power drove many hammers, the Zaukerl production was a flourishing craft. In 1680, the feitl producers founded their guild, which was confirmed by Emperor Leopold the First in 1682. Before the 1st World War, 13 hammers were still beating in the valley. Today, Johann Löschenkohl is the only feitler producer, a gem of genuine craftsmanship.
