Austrian honey from the Kalkalpen National Park!
For over 30 years, the Russmann family farm in Molln has been gaining rich experience in organic beekeeping and apiculture. Situated on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park, their 450 - 500 bee colonies have bee pastures in a species-rich environment, far away from industry and intensive agriculture. Some of the hives are brought up to 1800 m in the Triebener Tauern, producing rare honey varieties such as high mountain blossom honey.

Careful extraction, storage and bottling guarantee that you buy pure, unadulterated honey, just as nature offers it to us.

Offers:

    Mountain blossom honey: spicy aroma fruit blossom, dandelion, maple blossom and many other spring blossoms.
    High mountain blossom honey with a special aroma: alpine rose, tragacanth, thyme, pippa, mountain dandelion and herbs that grow above the tree line.
    Mountain forest honey: particularly aromatic, raspberry, blueberry, forest herbs, mountain pine, spruce, larch.
    Cream blossom honey: creamy stirred blossom honey.
    Alpine rose blossom honey: mild and delicate taste.
    Fir honey: very strong aroma

Other products:
Flower pollen, pollen honey, royal jelly in honey, pollen and royal jelly in honey, propolis honey, propolis drops, discovery wax honey, comb honey, honey fruit preparations in various flavours, mead (honey wine).
Mountain flower pollen is vacuum freeze dried at our farm, with this type of drying all ingredients are fully preserved, pollen has a lot of vitamin A and B, mainly B1 and B6.

Show operation:
From May to July we offer groups information and guided tours through the honey extracting room followed by mead and honey tasting.
