The Schlierbach-Kremstal KneippAktivClub opened the Schlierbach
the Schlierbach Kneipp-Platzl on May 17th. Locals
and guests are cordially invited to take a short
to take a short break there and enjoy the Kneipp
or refresh yourself in the water treading pool. The lovingly
designed castle pond area allows the soul and body
body to rest and recharge their batteries.

The Kneipp-Platzl at the idyllic Schlossteich pond in Schlierbach is a freely accessible place for health, exercise and relaxation.

* Water treading and arm basins strengthen the immune system, stimulate circulation and are fun for both young and old Kneipp fans.
* Clear information boards explain how to use them correctly and provide an insight into the five pillars of Kneipp: Exercise, water, nutrition, herbs and order of life.
* Enjoy nature - the area around the castle pond with its wooden walkway and meadow invites you to take a walk, linger, do yoga or meditate.
