As of a minimum stay of 3 nights, during university holidays, we rent rooms to companies and private persons. The student residence hall, built in 2013, is located in the Steyr town centre, only 5 minutes walking distance to the historic old town. Railway station, public transport as well as shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The rooms with 18 und 22 m² are fully appointed. Each room (single room) has its own bathroom – including shower, WC and wash basin as well as WLAN and Internet access.
