Signposted cycle and mountain bike trails invite you to explore Ternberg, Trattenbach and the region by bike. The Upper Austrian Enns Cycle Route R7 also runs through Trattenbach and Ternberg.

Mountain bikers can also take the Trans National Park - a wonderful tour with six stages through two national parks.

There are e-bike charging stations in the Trattenbach museum village, at the car park of the Ternberg municipal office, at the Grünburger Hütte and at the Schobersteinhaus.
