The Jungschar House Großloiben is located on a mountain pasture with a magnificent view of the Ennstal at an altitude of about 650m. The house is a former farmhouse converted for training and group purposes. The Jungschar section is connected to a residential section, which is rented out separately outside the summer holidays (Jungschar section 46 beds, residential section 11 beds). During the summer holidays, the residential section is only rented together with the Jungschar section.
The team Children | the Catholic Jungschar of the Diocese of Linz rents out Jungschar houses. Information, registration, and billing are handled exclusively by the team Children. The management of the individual Jungschar houses is in the hands of the respective house administration, with which the house takeover and return must also be arranged. A key is handed over during the house takeover. During the summer months, the house is exclusively allocated to Jungschar or altar server groups for summer camps.

As the Team Kinder | Catholic Youth Association of the Diocese of Linz, we are a service center for topics such as altar serving, children's liturgy, first communion, the Three Kings action, and for the youth association in Upper Austria. We provide 5 youth association houses, which are primarily used by youth association and altar server groups during the summer, but the houses can also be booked by private groups, families, or associations throughout the year. One of these houses is the youth association house Großloiben.
