"Gratitude - Grateful to be able to walk the path"

Gratitude for health, family, work, raw materials, food, life. Gratitude is a special form of appreciation. It is an attitude, a need and a satisfaction at the same time and promotes positive relationships between people by encouraging the recipient of gratitude to reciprocate the good deed.
Researchers have concluded that, of all personal traits, gratitude is most closely linked to mental health.

"It is not the happy who are grateful, it is the grateful who are happy!" (Sir Francis Bacon)
